The iPhone XS arrived in fantastic shape, with no visible scratches on the screen or the casing. The battery still holds more than 90% of its original capacity. The phone arrived in great shape. No scratches or marks at all. It came with a cable and plug. Plus, there were headphones included, which was a pleasant surprise. I’d surely consider using this company again.

I purchased a refurbished phone from this site that was advertised as 'working and looking like new.' As I began the setup, I noticed something was off with the screen; it appeared to be raised more than it should be. To double-check, I borrowed the same model from a friend, and it became clear that the device I received from QwikFone had a shoddy screen replacement. It jutted out about 2mm more than it ought to, which not only looked odd but also meant that regular phone cases didn’t fit snugly enough to offer proper protection. When I filed a complaint, the replies I got were quite rude and not helpful at all. In the end, I had to threaten a chargeback on my card just to get them to sort things out and finally issue a refund.

Buying was a breeze and the delivery went off without a hitch. No fuss, and the phone is just as it was described 👌

I had a 2019 MacBook Pro that wouldn’t boot or charge, and I was super stressed since my spring term kicks off in just 6 days. It’d be a nightmare if I didn’t have a working computer for my computing class.

So, I rushed it over to an Apple Store, and the staff told me I needed a motherboard repair, which would set me back 557 pounds. They also warned me that all my data would be wiped, and they wouldn’t take responsibility for recovering it. That left me scrambling for a data recovery service. When I reached out, they informed me that recovering data from a MacBook is quite complex and could cost up to 4000 pounds. Naturally, I said no way.

Once I got back to my dorm, a buddy of mine reminded me about a local shop that fixes phones and computers. In the end, they managed to repair my MacBook for just 40 pounds, and all my files were intact!

P.S. Apple still snagged 150 pounds from me for a backup hard drive, though. 😅
